Program v0.3.0 was compiled here and deployed to Devnet. It fixes traits, birth rarity, initial price and evolution rules at issuance, then calculates scheduled state and platform test prices using the chain Clock. Our server authenticates the encoded recipe and renders type-specific Looks. The 100-record generation tests public/hidden items, eight Stashes, owned/unclaimed assets, sales/transfers, pagination and Moments. No D1 or persistent inventory cache is used; test traffic and prices are not market evidence.

Reuse the existing Site identity in .openai/hosting.json. Site and Rust program deploy separately. Source is durable in the Site's Git repository; private decoder/signing/recovery keys must never be committed. All chain writes remain Devnet-only. Keep documentation current, remove stale decisions and retain dated evidence with its real scope.
